Aromatherapy Oils

Mixing botanical oils is one of my favorite leisurely things to do.  I go into underdrive with my intuition and “sense” about botanicals and meander in my rare lalaland. We learned all of the chemical constituents of them as well in my Master Herbalist class, but frankly, your nose can group botanicals in affinity.  I use different ones all the time in my practice.

You can get the singles online or at any of the Harvest Health Stores in the area.  I recommend using them with a carrier oil such as grapeseed as opposed to using it “neat” or straight. They can burn or bother sensitive skin.

If I get a couple people interested, I’d be happy to offer a blending class.  Let me know.
